Prices

At Happy Heart Coach, all prices are in Danish kroner and stated incl. VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for out-of-stock items.

Payment

Happy Heart Coach accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA. The payment will be deducted from your account when you book a course. If you have chosen to pay for your course in instalments, there is a fee of DKK 100 per instalment. the first amount is always paid immediately, after the following installments are deducted 30 days after the first payment.
When purchasing physical goods in the online shop, the money is only withdrawn upon dispatch. fee.
When purchasing online products or personal items, the money is withdrawn on the day of purchase.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

Delivery

Happy Heart Coach aims to ship orders within 2 working days.

We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices from DKK 49. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering.

We do not deliver abroad and not to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Please write a private message.

Your goods are sent with Post Nord, GLS or DAO.

NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, contact their customer service.

Goods are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-5 business days after ordering.

Special delivery conditions apply to certain goods. The conditions will appear specifically prior to the purchase of these goods.

Right of withdrawal and cancellation

Progress
When purchasing a course through Happy Heart Coach, your right of cancellation waives 72 hours (3 days) before the course's first session, unless otherwise stated.

Arrangements
Purchase of tickets for events or event-related additional products such as meal tickets, accommodation, transport etc. is according to - "Act on certain consumer agreements - §17 subsection 2 and §9 subsection 2 no. 2a" - not covered by the right of withdrawal. If an event is cancelled, the ticket will of course be refunded, and the amount will be automatically returned to the debited payment account. Fees are non-refundable.

Online products
There is no right of cancellation on digital products purchased through Happy Heart Coach. Your right of withdrawal expires upon payment, unless otherwise stated.

You cannot regret it by simply refusing to receive the item without giving a clear notice of this at the same time.

Physical product

You have a 14-day right of cancellation on purchases from Happy Heart Coach. If you have regretted your purchase, please write to us as soon as possible at marie@happyheartcoach.dk, so that we can guide you in the further process and keep a close eye on your package in case of return.

You lose your right of withdrawal if you open and use your product or break the seal. In case of cancellation and return, the product must be returned in the same condition as you received it in. Preferably use the same packaging as the item was sent in, with new tape around it.

Returns are at your own expense.

Refund

Refunds for sessions and courses. In the event of cancellations and cancellations made at least 72 hours before the start of the course, as well as when returning unopened and unused goods, you will receive a credit note and the amount paid will automatically be returned to the payment card used when booking.
Refunds are made with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back.

Rights to workshops, courses, events and digital products.

All rights to workshops, courses, events and digital products belong to Happy Heart Coach.

Upon purchase, a license is obtained to use the purchased product as indicated under the product in question.

Your digital product is personal and you may not sell, forward, lend, give away or otherwise distribute the product, either privately or commercially. This applies both to the content of our online products, downloaded products, live classes, workshops and courses.
